Opening in Florida on October 1, 1971, it was built to be a larger, improved version of the Magic Kingdom park located in Disneyland, California. It is considered the primary park located in Disney World and it’s what most people think of when you talk about Disneyworld or Disneyland. Magic Kingdom in Disneyworld hosts the Cinderella Castle as the main focal point of the park and knowing where you are in relation to the castle will help you to navigate the park.
